I worked in the IT and financial industry for over 10 years in a variety of roles. Most recently on Federal and State contracts - concentrated on improving processes, technical writing, and requirements gathering.

After a long career in corporate settings, I shifted my attention to community engagement and the arts. I held the position of Executive Director at a local arts non-profit in York, PA, and now sit on the Board of Directors for Downtown, Inc. Past roles include president of the Fulton Theatre's IDEA Committee, board member of Re-Source York, and executive board member of The Parliament Arts Organization. Currently, I am a co-owner of the restaurant and café, Wired Chef.

I started Creative Catalyst because small business owners often need assistance creating a solid foundation. The first step is to identify the intersection of business and creativity. From there we work together to find solutions that fit your budget, skill level, and business needs. My goal is to help small businesses think big.
