ARRIVAL



  1. The office is located at 441 East Market St inside of the New York Wire Works building.
  2. Park for free in the parking lot off of East Market St.
  3. Enter through the Main Entrance.
  4. As soon as you walk, go to the left and you will see a hallway.
  5. It will be the first door on the left. (Suite 5101)
  6. There is a code to access the office, the code will be sent by email.
  7. If your reservation is within building hours, the door will be open and you can walk right in.
  8. If the reservation is outside of building hours, entry instructions will be provided via email.


IMPORANT INFO



  1. You are welcome to use the heater or air conditioner, but please ensure they are turned off when you leave.
  2. Feel free to rearrange chairs to suit your meeting or space needs.
  3. Please refrain from moving desks, cabinets, or artwork.
  4. Dual monitors are available for use; simply connect via USB-C.
  5. A webcam and speaker combo is provided for virtual meetings, also connectable via USB-C.
  6. Some drawers are intentionally locked. Please do not attempt to open them.
  7. The door curtain can be closed for privacy during meetings. However, make sure it is OPEN when you leave. 8. A broom is located on the back of the door for cleaning up any messes.
  8. Report any damages or issues immediately.
  9. A camera is installed for insurance purposes. It will not record audio or video, only still images when someone enters or exits.
